Yes, lilacs are one of my favorites. In Washington state I visited the Hulda Klager lilac gardens which are absolutely stunning in the spring, and that's where I took this photo.

What an absolutely delicious still life ... my mom grew lilacs and oh, when they were in season, the house was filled with them!!!! I've tried a couple of times and have one rather pitiful bush that we're working with now, but nothing like what I remember as a kid. Your beautiful image really brings back the memories!!!!!
